I'm back with a new tutorial! Well, it's not really new but it's newly uploaded! I actually filmed this tutorial back in April of '12 but I just didn't have time to edit it.
I am wearing Geo Tri-color lens in Green.
I didn't have glitter adhesive at the time so I used lash glue (dark) and yes, it does feel a bit uncomfortable BUT you'll get used to the feeling after a few shots (if you're over 21) otherwise, just enjoy the night and you'll forget about it. I mean, it's definitely a lot better than having glitter fall-outs throughout the night.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy the video!

"WTF?" Shopping Edition 1
The other day my sister and I were at Target to pick up some prescription pills and decided to head to the Health and Beauty isle first. After browsing through the clearance bin, I came across this:
Apparently, it's a large angled liner brush...for your EYES! See how large it is compared next to my thumb? I think it's cool that the industry wants to make it more simple for people but really? The bristle are firm so that's good. Here's a photo of my sister comparing the brush next to her eyes:
*She does not have "chinky" eyes. |
Has anyone ever tried using this brush as an eyeliner??
Anyway, since we're talking about Sonia Kashuk's line here, I just wanted to show you all my FAVORITE eyelashes of all time:
$4.99 but SOOO worth it! <3 <3 <3 |
Let me know if anyone knows a cheaper dupe for these lashes!

The Eve Pearl Method Contest
Earlier this week, I submitted my Eve Pearl Method Contest entry tutorial. The deadline to upload as a respond on Eve Pealr's Youtube was 7/15. Her rules were to use the Eve Pearl method (foundation, eye, contour, etc...) in your tutorial and include a before and after photo. Pretty simple right? Wrong!
It was my first time using her method even though I've been watching her videos for over a year now. She makes it look so easy but it actually isn't especially if it's your first attempt. I really do like her reverse contour foundation application. If I win the grand prize, I'll definitely give some of her products away to my viewers. I wish the best of luck to all those who entered.
*Yeah, I look horrible in the before photo but who doesn't? Everyone has natural beauty. Makeup only enhances it. I used to be afraid of showing my bare, makeup-less face but I don't care anymore...kind of. Haha.
